Frequent Inquiries
Everything you need to know about the POWDER system and our procurement process.
What exactly is the POWDER framework?
POWDER stands for Petrol, Oils, Water, Damages, Electric, and Rubber. It's a comprehensive system-critical maintenance framework we use to ensure every potential failure point in your bike is audited, from fuel line integrity (Petrol) to tire seal aging (Rubber).
How do I know if a part fits my specific bike?
We use a precision fitment map that matches SKUs to specific brands, models, and years. On our product pages, you can use the Fitment Check tool. If you're unsure, our WhatsApp concierge can verify it for you using your VIN.
What does 'Sourced' mean in the catalog?
Items marked 'Sourced' are not in our local Tatu City stock but are available through our verified global network. These typically take 3-7 business days to arrive, but guaranteed as genuine OEM.
Do you offer installation services?
We focus on precision procurement and diagnostics. However, we partner with a network of certified workshops in the Great Lakes region who are trained in the POWDER framework to install our lapped and verified parts.
Why is a diagnostic check necessary before buying certain lapped parts?
High-performance components often require the surrounding system to be healthy. For example, installing a high-flow fuel pump (Petrol) without checking for line sediment can lead to immediate failure. A diagnostic ensures the environment is ready for the upgrade.
